About us

JGI Group operates across multiple sites in Queensland, including Oxenford on the Gold Coast and it’s Townsville Quarry located in Roseneath.

The company holds multiple Environmental Authorities (EAs) allowing it to accept and recycle a broad range of construction and demolition materials into drainage aggregates, clean fills, and other value-added products, as well as the extraction and screening of natural quarry products.

We are strong advocates for maximising resource recovery to offer sustainable construction materials to our customers. This includes innovative pit rehabilitation operations that convert non-contaminated excavated material into high quality Class A fills, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.

A certified weighbridge system, powered by i-WEIGH software, underpins our operational efficiency, offering end-to-end digital management of all incoming and outgoing loads – from automated docketing to real-time invoicing and traceability.

JGI also offers a unique turnkey import/export solution that allows materials to be both received and dispatched at the same site, significantly reducing cartage costs and

improving supply chain coordination for major construction projects.

JGI Oxenford

JGI Oxenford is a natural Riverstone and River sand producer and recycling facility located in Oxenford on the Gold Coast.

As well as producing recycled earthworks materials, we extract and process natural stone through wet screening, allowing us to recover the natural river sand and size natural river stone from 150mm+ through varying sizes down to 5mm. This allows us to produce high quality washed stone and rare Coarse River Sand material.

JGI Townsville

JGI Townsville is a hard rock quarry with a large, recognised resource of State significance (Roseneath East Key Resource Area – KRA 35), and recycling facility located in Roseneath, approximately 10km south of Townsville.

As well as producing recycled earthworks materials, we offer quarry products such as roadbases, aggregates and fill materials.
