EXCLUDED ITEMS

Asbestos

Material not accepted. JGI do not permit any asbestos onsite. Loads containing potential asbestos will be immediately quarantined and investigated. The client shall be liable for all quarantine and investigation costs and should asbestos be identified the client shall be liable for all remediation costs including hygienist reports.

Friable Material

Material not accepted. JGI do not permit any friable material such as gyprock, fibro sheeting, hardiplank, bonded cement pipes etc. Will be subject to current reload fee. If not reloaded within 24 hours will be disposed of offsite at a charge of $360/t.

Loads with Rubbish greater than 2%

Material not accepted. Will be subject to current reload fee. If not reloaded within 24 hours will be disposed of offsite at a charge of $360/t.

Fill or Topsoil with organics greater than 30%

Material not accepted. Will be subject to current reload fee. If not reloaded within 24 hours will be disposed of offsite at a charge of $360/t.

Mixed Loads

Material not accepted. Fill or Topsoil loads containing any concrete, bricks, or asphalt. Concrete/Brick Asphalt loads containing any organics or timber.

Will be subject to current reload fee. If not reloaded within 24 hours will be disposed of offsite at a charge of $360/t.

Fill

Clean VENM (Virgin Excavated Natural Material).

Topsoil

Topsoil with less than 10% organics, clay or silt.

Organic

Fill or Topsoil containing 10% – 30% organics per load.
Organics to be no greater than sieve bucket sizing.

Potential Acid Sulfate Soil (PASS)

Soils with a PhFox<3.

Actual Acid Sulfate Soil (AASS)

Oxidized soil with a Ph<4.

JGI only accept AASS by prior agreement and with written approval.

Green Waste

Green Waste material free from dirt, soil, concrete, bricks and asphalt

Waste Surcharge

Any material classification containing non-putrescible rubbish up to a maximum of 2% visually, (i.e. 200cm2 per 1m2) shall have the surcharge$22.00/T applied as an extra over charge. Loads containing greater than 2% not accepted and will be subject to a reload fee.
